Harriet was born and raised in Zimbabwe but has been living in South Africa since 1999. Following a 2-year stint counting African wild dogs in the Kruger National Park she moved northwards to the De Beers Venetia Limpopo Nature Reserve where she spent 5 great years conducting fieldwork for her PhD at Oxford University. In 2006 she moved to Johannesburg for a more senior role at the Endangered Wildlife Trust. Harriet’s contribution to Lycaon Logistics is to provide strategic direction and oversight on the group’s conservation support services and specialist tourism activities. Cell: +27 (0) 82 507 9223 |

| Wendy Collinson Specialist Guide | ||
![]() |
Originally hailing from the UK, Wendy moved to South Africa in 2005, to work as a research assistant with large carnivores focusing on work with the Endangered Wildlife Trust. Wendy is currently studying for her MSc at Rhodes University, in conjunction with EWT developing a Wildlife Road Traffic Accident Toolkit to determine the impacts of road traffic accidents on biodiversity in the Northern Limpopo Province of South Africa. Wendy believes in an interactive and hands-on approach to guiding, engaging and involving guests in specialist carnivore research tours. In addition to her research and tours, Wendy is also the organiser of the aptly named “BIKE4BEASTS” mountain bike event, organised annually on a number of pristine conservation properties, to raise funds for the Endangered Wildlife Trust.
